Happy Birthday, Earth

Good evening everyone and welcome to The Magical Mystery Blog.

You may be wondering why there’s an entry today and that’s because there’s something rather important tomorrow that will delay me from posting Thursday’s usual entry.  So I figured, might as well post it tonight.

Today is a day honoring Earth and all its wondrous wonders. From the beautiful lavender fields of Provence, France to the surfers’ paradise of a beach on California’s coast, Earth is a gorgeous planet that we are fortunate to live on. To celebrate Earth Day, I’ve compiled a top ten list featuring some of Earth’s natural beauty.

The Earth is our only home. Yes, there are possible planets among the stars that could sustain us; but ‘could’ is the key word there. Could is not a definite yes or no, but a possible chance that other planets may succeed in becoming our new home or failing in the process. So for now, we have Earth and while we have Earth, we should cherish it. Plant some flowers, recycle, take the time to feel the wind in your hair, the dirt between your fingers, or the sand filling the cracks of your toes. Do something to appreciate this wonderful world and all its gorgeous glory.

Thanks for reading tonight’s entry. If you enjoyed it, feel free to comment, share, and critique.

So tell me, what’s the one thing you love about Earth?
